Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required upon time of booking.
We don't offer a refund on any used or unused services, service packages or gift cards.
Rules
3 Packages:
Clients booking a package of 3 sessions MUST agree to using the full number of appointments within 60 DAYS. After 60 days, package is void.
6 Packages:
Clients booking a package of 6 sessions MUST agree to using the full number of appointments within 90 DAYS. After 90 days, package is void.
9 Packages:
Clients booking a package of 9 sessions MUST agree to using the full number of appointments within 150 DAYS. After 150 days, package is void.

Late Policy
We require 24 hours advance notice for cancellations. (NO EXCEPTIONS)!
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change/to reschedule an appointment. For example: if your appointment is at 9 am Saturday, you have until 9 am sharp on Friday to cancel or reschedule or you will be required to pay another deposit( you will lose the prior deposit) NO Exceptions!
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you must call and reschedule. No call no shows will not be compensated!
If the client is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment without notice, the session is considered canceled (NO SHOW) and the client is responsible for the total cost of the scheduled service.
